The Chef's at E2 catering were professionally trained at the Art Institute of Los Angeles. Our Executive Chef Esteban Gonzales is a third generation Chef who has been cooking professionally for 14 years. He has worked with acclaimed Chef's. He has also been on a Food network show called Kitchen stories while he was in Culinary School. He was casted last year for Hells Kitchen but due to the popularity of E2 catering he was unable to fulfill the needs of the shows producers demanding schedule. Chef Esteban's father is a working Chef and his mother was a Pastry Chef for 16 years but is recently retired.

Our E2 catering operation was officially opened in 2006, but we have been involved in catering for 16 years.

At E2 catering we serve international cuisine but pride ourselves on our blend of California cuisine

We prepare all of our cuisine from scratch and only use the freshest and healthiest ingredients available. We prefer great ingredients so that we provide an awesome culinary experience to our customers.

We prepare food for celebrities, students, business professionals, children's parties, tail-gaters, and religious events.
